Terms and Conditions for Further Education ( (TSY)

These regulations apply to all offers of TSY ingradual® Dunemann / Weiser / Pfahl GbR - in the rooms of TSY ingradual® Dunemann / Weiser / Pfahl GbR - as well as to other sites. They will be announced to participants in each case with the registration and thus become part of the contract.
An integral part of the contract are also the terms and conditions and guidelines for the training and further education of the CULTURA Academy and the Academy of Cultures NRW / Free University of Holistic Development in Bochum. (Http://
The training and education are in cooperation with the CULTURA AKADEMIE and the Academy of Cultures NRW / Free Academy for holistic development. (certified in the seal of approval NRW)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers of TSY ingradual® GbR - in the rooms of TSY ingradual® GbR - as well as to other sites. They will be announced to the participants in each case with the registration and become thereby a contract component of the contract.
The "Traumasensible Yoga TSY ingradual®" training course is currently taking place at various locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is being taught on several weekends. Changes are reserved!

2. Registration
The registration takes place via the registration form on the Internet, which is to be completed in full and sent to us via the button "Send". You will then receive a confirmation of registration and another letter / invitation letter about 2 weeks before the beginning of the training.

With the registration, the participant agrees that they are not allowed to offer their own TSY training up to 2 years after graduation.

3. Participation / liability
Prior to attending courses, each participant must complete an application form in which the participant declares that attending classes does not conflict with any health concerns.
The use of the premises and offers is for the participants at their own risk. TSY ingradual® GbR - is liable only in case of gross negligence or willful intent for damages of the participants and assumes no liability for the valuables brought by participants.

4. Personal data
All participants are hereby informed that their personal data are stored electronically for processing purposes. The provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are of course complied with. Participants agree to the extent to which they process and use their personal information.
Participants agree to inform everyone about significant changes in their personal circumstances. This applies in particular to their bank details in the case of direct debit agreements, address and the elimination of circumstances leading to the granting of price reductions.

5. Terms of payment
The participation fee is due upon conclusion of the contract and must be paid to the specified account no later than 14 days before the beginning of the training. A deposit is due immediately. It is 50 € per module. The final payment, corresponding to options 1, 2 or 3, must be made by the due date.
In the case of an issued SEPA direct debit mandate, we ask for appropriate account coverage. In case of non-recoverable or rejected direct debit, TSY ingradual® GbR - is entitled to charge a fee of 10, - €.

6. Termination / withdrawal
Any termination must be in writing. Cancellation or transfer of individual modules is possible up to 30 days before the start of the modules. The withdrawal or rebooking must be made in writing.
The training should be booked as a whole (introductory module and 2 modules 1 and 2). The base moldue can be booked seperately.
If the modules (for example BM 1, AM 1.1 and 1.2) can not be booked in a row due to scheduling reasons of the participant, a processing fee of 35 € will be charged. This is especially true when modules are visited alternately in Switzerland, Austria or Germany and Luxemburg.

For cancellations from the 29th to the 15th day before the start of a module 50% of the course fee will be charged
If you withdraw from the 14th day before the beginning of a module 100% of the course fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation or change of booking a processing fee of 35, - € will be charged.

7. Change of offer / cancellation of offers due to lack of participants
TSY ingradual® GbR - is entitled to change the training offer, the timetable, the opening hours and the location of the course. In addition, the number of participants may be limited if necessary for the proper conduct of the training. In the case of illness, vacation or other prevention of lecturers, efforts will be made to organize a representation for the respective lecturer. Should this not be the case, training can also be canceled. An appropriate replacement date will be endeavored. Changes due to illness of the lecturers or a lack of participants must be reserved. We reserve the right, if the number of participants is too small (minimum number of participants 13), to cancel individual modules up to 14 days before the start.
After successful participation in individual modules, the participant will receive a certificate of participation in the content and overall duration. For the modules EM as well as AM 1 and AM 2 the participants receive a certificate of completion.

8. Entry in the list / database on our homepage
For a handling fee of 30, - €, you can be included in our list / database for yoga teachers / therapists / psychologists, etc., sorted by postal code, to be found for those interested in trauma-sensitive yoga. After the publication, the one-off correction of this data is free of charge, each further revision costs 5, - € processing fee.

9. Other
Oral side agreements are not made. Changes and additions to these terms and conditions and all membership agreements must be made in writing. Jurisdiction is Grevenbroich.
Should one or more provisions of membership agreements or these Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The trainee participant agrees to be sufficiently informed about the requirements.

Minimum age for registration for further education is 18 years.

He / she assures that he / she is mentally and physically able to attend the class; In case of acute illness, the family doctor should be questioned and the lecturer informed before attending the class. The willingness to self-experience in the course modules is required.

For damages that do not arise from injury to life, limb or health, Joachim Pfahl is liable only in the case of gross negligence or intent: for
simple negligence, the liability is excluded in this respect.
